CASH DISCOUNT : All invoices are due and payable
within 30 days of date shipped. 1% cash discount will be allowed for prompt payment on invoices dated 1st to 15th
if paid not later than the 25th of the same month. Invoices dated from 16th to the last of the month if not paid later than
10th of the following month.
TERMS AND ATTORNEY FEE PROVISIONS : Net 30 days; finance charge of 1 1/2%
per month (18% per annum) will be charged on balances which are unpaid thirty (30) days after billing. Additionally, in the
event that the employement of an attorney becomes necessary to assist in the collection of this statement, then it is understood
that a reasonable attorney fee shall be paid, not to exceed 15% of the due balance, including delinquent finance charge, all
as permitted by the General Statutes of North Carolina.

FREIGHT ALLOWANCE : F.O.B. Charlotte, NC, with freight prepaid and allowed
on all shipments having a Distributor net price totaling $1250.00 or more not to exceed $3.00 CWT. On shipments of less
than $1250.00 or where freight is over $3.00 CWT, freight charges will be added to invoice or billed separately. Freight allowance
quoted for southeast region only.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE : Merchandise will be accepted
for return only on written authorization. Credit issued on returned merchandise will be subject to a 30% service charge
to partially cover reconditioning and repacking where necessary, and less the original freight.
FIXTURE GUARANTEE : All fixtures are guaranteed for a period of one year from
defect in manufacturing providing the defect develops under normal and proper use. This guarantee is applicable only to credit
or replacement of a defective fixture or components with positively no labor allowance unless specifically authorized by factory
before such work is begun.
BALLAST GUARANTEE : As published by the manufacturer of the ballast used in
the fixture. Southeast Lighting, Inc. will not be responsible for labor involved for defective ballast change out.
CLAIMS : All merchandise is inspected before shipping and accepted by the
carrier in good condition and packed to their standards. They assume responsibilty for all damaged in transit. Claims must
be filed with the transportation company.
DROP SHIPMENTS : Drop shipments will be made upon request.
CANCELLATION : No order can be cancelled without factory consent or without
payment for special material purchased and work performed. If order is cancelled after shipment or delivery is refused at
destination, all warehousing, delivery and return cost will be charged to the customer.
